HealthAlliance Launches Online Patient Portal
Kingston, N.Y. – November 4, 2014 – HealthAlliance of the Hudson
Valley is pleased to announce the launch of their Patient Portal, a
website providing patients with secure online access to a summary of
their personal hospital health record.
The HealthAlliance Patient Portal is a password-protected website
where our patients can view their personal health information such as
medical history, lab and radiology results, medications, allergies and
more.
This free service is available to all patients who visit any of
HealthAlliance's three hospitals. Patients can sign up for the
HealthAlliance Patient Portal during the registration process by
providing the hospital with a valid email address, or by visiting the HealthAlliance of the Hudson Valley® website and clicking on "The Patient Portal" for further information.
HealthAlliance of the Hudson Valley® believes that all
patients should have quick and easy access to their health information
at any time. "The Patient Portal is a great opportunity for
HealthAlliance to increase a patient's ease of access to their own
medical records," said Dave Scarpino, President and CEO of

The HealthAlliance Patient Portal was established to improve the
patient experience, one of three objectives that HealthAlliance strives
to achieve – reduced costs, superior patient care and a better patient
experience. Additionally, this service is an effort to improve
transparency, enhance communication between physicians and patients as
well as to help patients understand their health status and the details
of the care they receive.
